Randy is our newest service technician but he's hardly new to the industry. He's been a technician for some time, even worked as a furnace engineer for a manufacturer and holds patents on a product currently on the market. He's our only technician that holds a Marion County license - that means passing a difficult test which has less than a 30% passing rate.
