This old Carrier needed a new circuit board. That put it on the chopping block at the Nora store. |

The opening in the roof. The unit sits on a "curb" and the ducts attach to the curb. We could either replace the curb with one that matches a new unit or use a "curb adapter". We chose the latter for price reasons. |

Meanwhile, at the Carmel store - 2 old units were being replaced. |

One had the gas heat section all rotted out. All were on their 2nd heat exchanger and many were facing a 3rd. |

They are lifted on the roof by a crane. The operator from R. H. Marlin did a fantastic job getting behind the store to lift that unit. |
