We offer extended regular rates and 24 hour furnace service. Platinum Plan members always receive priority dispatching for service & repair.

ANNUAL SAVINGS Our Platinum Plan is designed to help you save money on preventive maintenance and repair work. With our Plan you enjoy yearly savings compared with purchasing maintenance checks individually. Plan members get $15 off the diagnostic/service call rate in effect at time of service as well as 15% off the price of the repairs. ALSO and another big savings, any repairs for Plan members are done at day rates, regardless of when the call is run!

Our preventive maintenance is not just a 'once over' as with many companies. We really want to clean your equipment and get it running as efficiently as it possibly can. Preventive maintenance is to prevent future problems and that is our goal.

Air conditioner maintenance includes: washing of the outdoor coil, check refrigerant level (a unit 10% low on refrigerant costs 20% more to run) and adjust if necessary, check electrical connections to prevent burnt wires, check current draw, lubricate motors as needed, check filter, check thermostat, check condensate drain

Heat pump maintenance includes: all of the air conditioner steps plus checking of the defrost control, checking operation of the reversing valve Gas furnace maintenance includes: thorough cleaning of the heat exchanger, remove & clean burners, remove & clean pilot assembly, test and clean or replace thermocouple, check gas safety controls, lubricate motors as needed, check flue draft, check thermostat
